After carefully determining what this property’s issues were, Mike and his crew took the time to explain each problem (and what needed to be done to resolve it). We’re physically in California, which means we basically manage this property long distance. It can be very challenging to make arrangements for our vendors to be able to access the building’s area(s) they need, but Scott Electric patiently works with us and our contacts in Dallas/Ft Worth.
